The new Formula 1 season started just the other week in Melbourne, Australia and it showed the signs of being another in a long line of exciting seasons. This will be the 63rd FIA season and will consist of 22 races – more than ever before thanks to the return of the American Grand Prix in Texas, and the return of the Bahrain race after pulling out last year. Jenson Button has got off to a flyer by finishing first in Melbourne, with his team mate Lewis Hamilton finishing a close second – giving team McLaren Mercedes a great head start for the remaining 21 races!
